Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:

Heat treatment specifications: quenching: first time 880 ℃, the second time 870 ℃, oil cooling; tempering 200 ℃, water-cooled, air-cooled.

Delivery status: to heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or tempering) or without heat treatment delivery, the delivery status should be specified in the contract.

Alloy structural steel 20CrMnTi Features and Scope: Good performance carburizing steel, high hardenability, after carburizing with a hard, wear-resistant surface and tough core part, with high and low temperature impact toughness, weldability medium, after normalizing machinability good. For the manufacture of sectional < 30mm to withstand high-speed, medium or heavy load, impact and friction of the important parts, such as gears, ring gear, gear shaft crosshead.
